For the test of the developed product composed of sintered material last time, the test was conducted according to the specifications of the R&D project currently in progress.

The specimen standard of this test is not the standard specified in the  KS standard, but the standard for SGO's own sintered layer test, and it is a separately manufactured specimen standard to conduct the test reflecting the review opinion of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

The developed product is a product composed only of sintered material, but the produced specimen was made by attaching sintered material between ordinary steels.

We have equipment that can test the bonding strength of the test piece, but we do not have a jig for a separately manufactured test piece, so we are conducting product tests in consultation with an authorized institution several times.

Although the bonding strength of the test piece (sintered layer) was measured using a testing machine from an authorized institution, it is difficult to disclose the results because it is a test standard that has been'consulted with an authorized institution' rather than a set test standard.

※The reason that the result value through the test is not the specified standard is because it is a comparative test for our own test measurement.

For the test, the trend of the graph and the average value of the data were calculated from a total of five results, and a comparative analysis with each of the developed products will be conducted through the results of the test data values.

Not only each development sample, but also tests of products that can be adopted as mass-produced products are also conducted, so if the product is sold in the future, you can check the results in the catalog.
