Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1 (Purpose) This Code of Ethics aims to provide executives and
employees with the right decision-making and ethical judgment criteria
for the practice of SGO's ethical management.
Article 2 (Scope of Application) This Code of Ethics applies to executives
and employees belonging to SGO (hereinafter referred to as "SGO"),
except as otherwise expressly provided for in relevant statutes and
articles of association.
Chapter 2 Basic Ethics of Employees
Article 3 (Basic Posture of Employees) ① Employees and executives shall
endeavor to establish a clean and clean image of public officials with a
determined will and professional ethics to reject corruption in any case.
② Employees and employees shall have pride and pride as SGO people and
shall always maintain a kind, honest, and sincere attitude.
③ Employees and executives shall keep in mind that their usual words
and decisions can affect the ethical reputation and external credibility
of the SGO, and endeavor to maintain and develop individual dignity and
the honor of the SGO through correct value judgment and sound words and
actions.
④ Employees and executives shall comply with all laws and regulations in
performing their duties and perform their duties fairly in accordance with
their conscience.
Article 4 (Pledge of Integrity of Employees) Employees and executives
shall prepare an anti-corruption and integrity pledge in accordance with
attached Form 1.
Article 5 (Personal Name Wan-su) Employees and employees shall share
the vision and management goals of SGO and fulfill their
responsibilities with creativity and sincerity to achieve them.
Article 6 (Self-development) Employees and employees shall establish a
desirable human resource image for themselves in the era of
internationalization and openness and endeavor to meet this through
continuous self-development.
Article 7 (Separation between public and private companies) ①
Employees and employees shall clearly distinguish between public
and private in performing their duties.
② Employees and employees shall not use SGO's property privately or
use the budget for any purpose other than the purpose to cause any
property damage to SGO.
③ Employees and executives shall not interfere with the performance
of their duties due to private affairs during working hours or use the
in-house communication system for any purpose other than the
purpose of their duties.
④ Employees and executives shall not engage in business for profit
other than their duties or concurrently perform other duties without the
permission or approval of the president.
Article 8 (Fair performance of duties) ① Employees and employees shall
perform their duties fairly in compliance with relevant laws and
regulations.
② Employees and executives shall not engage in unethical activities that
may be criticized by society, such as unreasonable instructions,
mediation, requests, or granting preferential treatment that may hinder
the fair performance of their duties.
Article 9 (Avoidance of Conflict of Interest) ① Employees and employees
shall avoid any actions or interests that conflict with the interests of
SGO in performing their duties.
② Employees and executives should prioritize the interests of SGO in
the event of a conflict of interest between SGO and individuals or
departments.
Article 10 (Prohibition of Receiving Unfair Profits, etc.) ① Employees and
employees shall not use their positions to gain unfair profits or allow
others to gain unfair profits.
② Employees and executives shall not provide money, entertainment,
etc. to persons related to their duties or receive from persons related
to their duties that may hinder fairness beyond the scope accepted by
social norms.
Article 11 (Mutual Relationship of Employees) ① Employees and
employees shall observe basic manners necessary for their work lives
and shall not engage in irreverent words or acts such as slander of
other employees.
② Employees and employees shall not engage in factional formation or
discrimination based on school ties, gender, religion, blood ties, delay,
etc.
③ Employees and executives shall not engage in any act of unreasonable
solicitation or excessive gift provision, monetary transactions, etc. due to
social norms.
④ The superior shall not give unfair instructions to the subordinate, and
the subordinate shall comply with the legitimate instructions of the
superior, but refuse unfair instructions.
⑤ Employees and executives shall not engage in acts that cause sexual
humiliation or disgust with each other.
Article 12 (Sound Life) ① Employees and employees shall make frugal
food, clothing and shelter and sound leisure activities into their daily
lives so as not to violate their attitude as public officials.
② Employees and executives shall endeavor to establish a sound culture
of condolence and condolence, refrain from notifying persons related to
their duties, and shall ensure that condolence money and valuables are
not excessive in light of social norms.
Article 13 (Transparent Information and Accounting Management) ①
Employees and employees shall acquire and manage all information in a just
and transparent manner, and record and manage information such as
accounting records accurately and honestly.
② Employees and executives shall not divulge or unfairly use
information acquired related to their duties to the outside without prior
permission or approval from the president.
③ Employees do not make false or exaggerated reports for the benefit of
a specific individual or department, and do not conceal or monopolize
important information.
④ SGO increases management transparency and reliability by disclosing
management information in accordance with related laws and
regulations.
Chapter 3 Ethics for Customers
Article 14 (Respect for Customers) Employees and employees always respect
customers, think from the customer's point of view, and make customers the
top priority for all actions.
Article 15 (Customer Satisfaction) ① Employees and employees always
strive to accurately grasp the needs and expectations of customers and
provide the best products and best services to meet them.
② Employees always listen to and humbly accept customer opinions and
suggestions, and handle customer complaints as quickly and fairly as
possible.
③ Employees and executives meet the customer's right to know by
providing accurate and prompt facts that the customer should know or
should inform the customer.
Article 16 (Protection of Customer's Interest) When an employee acquires
information related to a customer, he/she shall not divulge or use the
information for other purposes without prior approval from the
customer, and shall not infringe on the customer's interests due to
other unethical acts.
Chapter 4 Ethics for Competitors and Traders
Article 17 (Compliance with Transaction Laws) SGO shall comply with all
laws and regulations in all business and business activities and respect
domestic and foreign commercial customs.
Article 18 (Fair Competition) SGO respects the market economic order in
accordance with the principle of fair competition and pursues good-faith
competition based on mutual respect with related organizations.
Article 19 (Fair Trade) ① SGO shall give equal opportunities to all
qualified individuals or organizations in bidding for SGO, service,
purchase of goods, etc. and signing contracts.
② All transactions should be carried out fairly on an equal footing with
each other, and transparent in open and everyday workplaces.
Chapter 5 Ethics for executives and employees
Article 20 (Respect for Employees) SGO treats individual executives and
employees as individuals with human dignity.
Article 21 (Fair Treatment) SGO provides equal opportunities according to
individual employees' abilities and qualities in education, promotion, etc.,
fairly evaluates and compensates for performance and achievements,
and does not discriminate on the grounds of gender, education, age, religion,
region of origin, physical disability, etc.
Article 22 (Promotion of Human Resources Development and Creativity)
The SGO shall actively support the development of employees' abilities
to foster them as professional and creative talents, and create
conditions for all employees to freely propose and express their
opinions in order to promote creative and autonomous thinking and
actions of employees.
Article 23 (Improvement of Quality of Life) ① SGO shall do its best to
establish a system so that executives and employees can perform their
duties in a legitimate manner and to achieve pride and reward through
performance of duties.
② SGO actively develops and implements programs that can create a
working environment where employees can work comfortably and
safely and improve the quality of life such as health, education, and
welfare of employees and their families.
CHAPTER VI Ethics to the State and Society
Article 24 (contributing to the development of the state and society) ①
Employees shall contribute to the development of the state and society
by creating social values by developing SGOs into sound institutions
through rational and responsible management.
② Employees and employees shall humbly accept the legitimate demands
of all classes of society and local residents as members of the local
community and do their best to resolve them.
③ The SGO shall actively support the participation of executives and
employees in social activities and endeavor to develop the cultural and
economic development of the local community.
Article 25 (Prohibition of Unfair Political Activities) ① SGO does not
unfairly engage in politics and does not provide illegal donations or
expenses to political parties, politicians, and election candidates.
② SGO respects the individual political views of its executives and
employees. However, executives and employees should be careful not to
misunderstand an individual's political view as an SGO's political position.
Article 26 (Safety and Risk Prevention) Employees and employees shall
do their best to prevent accidents and risks in compliance with all laws
and standards related to safety.
Article 27 (Environmental Protection) Employees and employees shall
deeply recognize the importance of environmental issues and comply
with domestic and foreign environmental laws and regulations, and
endeavor to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
Article 28 (Labor-management harmony) Employees and employees shall
keep in mind that both labor and management are the owners of SGO and
strive for the coexistence and prosperity of labor and management
based on trust and harmony.
Article 29 (compliance with international management norms) Employees and
employees shall comply with international agreements and regulations on
investment and transactions, such as the International Convention on the
Prevention of Bribery in International Commerce, respect the laws and
culture of the local country, and contribute to the economic and social
development of the local country.
Chapter 7 Other Code Operation, etc
Article 30 (Operation of the Code) ① The SGO shall continuously
supplement and develop the contents of the Code in line with the
development of the organization and changes in ethical consciousness.
② Specific criteria for judgment, procedures for processing, and detailed
matters necessary for complying with this Code and maintaining the
integrity of executives and employees shall be governed by the Code of
Conduct for SGO Employees.
Article 31 (Relationship with Other Regulations) This Code is the basis of
ethical management practice and shall take precedence over other
regulations for matters related to ethical management.

Article 1 (Effective Date) This regulation shall come into force on May 11,
2021.
