SGO Code of Ethics(윤리 행동 정책)

Chapter 1 General Principles

Article 1 (Purpose) This Code of Ethics aims to provide executives and employees with the right decision-making and ethical judgment criteria for the practice of SGO's ethical management.

Article 2 (Scope of Application) This Code of Ethics applies to executives and employees belonging to SGO (hereinafter referred to as "SGO"), except as otherwise expressly provided for in relevant statutes and articles of association.

Chapter 2 Basic Ethics of Employees

Article 3 (Basic Posture of Employees) ① Employees and executives shall endeavor to establish a clean and clean image of public officials with a determined will and professional ethics to reject corruption in any case.

② Employees and employees shall have pride and pride as SGO people and shall always maintain a kind, honest, and sincere attitude.

③ Employees and executives shall keep in mind that their usual words and decisions can affect the ethical reputation and external credibility of the SGO, and endeavor to maintain and develop individual dignity and the honor of the SGO through correct value judgment and sound words and actions.

④ Employees and executives shall comply with all laws and regulations in performing their duties and perform their duties fairly in accordance with their conscience.

Article 4 (Pledge of Integrity of Employees) Employees and executives shall prepare an anti-corruption and integrity pledge in accordance with attached Form 1.
